Organizational Change
We build capacity for racial justice in organizations that acknowledge their role in reproducing inequality and want to do better. We accomplish this goal by developing the structures, routines, and processes that disrupt white supremacy and enable racial justice.
Learning & Action
We facilitate learning and action around racial justice for education, community, business, and other partners. We accomplish this goal by designing yearlong learning and action communities customized to the needs and conditions of partners.
Research & Evaluation
We design and implement participatory research, assessment, and evaluation related to work and community climate, organizational processes, and program impact. In doing so, we honor human dignity, challenge white supremacy, and center the experiences of people most impacted by systems of oppression.
Cooperative Education & Development
We work with people - particularly Black and other people of Color - who aspire to exercise self-determination by organizing themselves as democratically-governed worker cooperatives. We provide training and tools related to cooperative structure, decision making, budgeting, and ongoing education.
Product Design
We imagine, design, and test products that bring about the world we desire to experience. These products include the Racial Championship Guidebook, Cooperative Budgeting Simulation, and many, many more to come.
